Rho Ophiuchus
Rho Ophiuchi cloud complex is probably my favourite part of the night sky. It's so colourful with hydrogen and glowing dust from the surrounding stars. Anytime that I travel, this is the first object that I think about taking a picture of because it is too low and in the trees at home. While I was capturing this image in south Chile, the clouds rolled in pretty quickly. I was only able to acquire 30 minutes after it rose. That far south, the weather can change your plans quickly. It's definitely not like the Atacama desert in the north.
